PNEUMATIC TRANSFER

This process is suited for abrasive materials to prevent damage to conveying lines as well as preventing attrition for friable powders and granules (sugar, salt, sodium bicarb, etc.). When integrated with weighing systems, these systems can be used with metering equipment (feeders, airlock rotary valves, etc.) for a controlled introduction of raw materials into manufacturing process.
Pneumatic transfer provides gentle dense phase vacuum conveying which prevents material degradation and the creation of additional dust within your powder handling production processes. Particularly suited for difficult materials (poor flow, friability, abrasiveness or explosive), this cyclone is easily installed in process with extension options to suit production requirements.

Pneumatic transfer application :

• Products with heavy bulk densities
• Abrasive products, such as sugar
• Friable products, such as pet food post-extruder and carbon black prills
• Blended products, such as detergents
• Products that do not require continuous delivery to their destination, such as plastic pellets.
• Materials with light bulk densities
• Non-abrasives such as flour
• Products that are not easily breakable
